These terms govern your use of the Rush Diamonds website and the free, no-obligation valuation service we provide through it. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept these terms.

Quotes provided online, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email are guide prices based on the information and photographs you share with us. A final offer is only confirmed in person (or in writing after receipt of your items by insured post).

You are under no obligation to accept any offer. You can take your items home or request their return at any time.

If you choose to sell, we may ask for proof of identity and address to comply with UK anti-money-laundering regulations. We reserve the right to decline any transaction. Payment is made by cash (in person, subject to legal limits) or bank transfer.

When sending items by post, please use a fully insured and tracked service. Items sent to us are covered up to £25,000 once received and logged at our premises. Until then, transit risk lies with the carrier under their cover.

All content on this website - including text, images, branding and layout - is the property of Rush Diamonds and may not be reproduced without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. For all other claims, our liability is limited to the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
