Returns & Shipping

We ship within the UK using fully insured, tracked and signed-for services (Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent secure courier). Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.

• UK mainland: 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Shipping fully insured to the item value
• Signature required on delivery
• Free insured shipping on all orders

Collection in person is available by appointment at our Brighton showroom or by arrangement in London.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel a distance-sale purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason.

• Notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of delivery.
• Return the item to us within 14 days of giving notice.
• The item must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition with any certificates and packaging.
• Return postage is your responsibility and must be sent fully insured and tracked to the item value.
• We'll refund the full purchase price (including original delivery) within 14 days of receiving the item back and verifying its condition.

Items that have been altered or resized to order at your request are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right unless they are faulty or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from its description, contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement. We cover return postage in these cases.

2. We'll confirm the return address and provide written acknowledgement.
3. Pack the item securely with all original materials and certificates.
4. Send fully insured and tracked. Keep proof of postage.
5. We'll inspect and process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
